At Runners Shop, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your next mile. If your gear isn't performing to your expectations, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unworn items in their original packaging, including all tags and shoe boxes, to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
